Wagner Luiz Santos holds a degree in Advertising and Marketing from the University of Ribeirão Preto, SP. He has a specialization in Education and Didactics from Faculdade São Luis de Jaboticabal, SP. He holds a Master's degree in Subsidies for Practices, Policies and Evaluations in Health Promotion from the University of Franca. He is a professor at the University of Ribeirão Preto, teaching courses in Advertising Creation, Art Direction, Strategic Planning, and Branding.

He began his professional career in advertising in the 1980s. After 4 years he was promoted to Art Director, later becoming Creative Director, serving clients such as Carrefour, McDonald's, RibeirãoShopping, Mabel Biscuits, Samello Stores, among others. In the mid-1990s he also began working as Planning Director and, among other companies, served Santa Helena Food Industry, UNAERP - University of Ribeirão Preto, SESC - Social Service of Commerce, ABDL - Brazilian Association for the Dissemination of Books, Tânagra Cosmetics and TIM Celular. In 2017 he assumed the Creative Direction of Great.
